1. Returns


You may return most new, unused items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return:


• Opening video is must to claim any returns

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• The item must be in the original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice or other information available)


2. Refunds


Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 5 business days

• The refund will be issued to your UPI account or bank account (for bank account payment it will take 24 hrs to add beneficiary)

• Shipping costs are non-refundable and Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.


3. Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


5. Damaged or Missed or Incorrect Items


If you received a damaged or missed or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
